Discovering uncharted paths, shifting focus and recognising changed perspectives: Setting one’s sights towards new summits is not only an exciting undertaking on the mountains. As a regional tourism organisation, we at Tirol Werbung work on fresh ideas and incentives in the areas of tourism and leisure. By doing so, we seek to promote Tirol as an attractive living and recreation area, as well as a viable economic region for the future.
Tirol Werbung GmbH is part of the Lebensraum Tirol Holding GmbH group of companies, which also includes Standortagentur Tirol GmbH (Tirolean Business Promotion Agency) and Agrarmarketing Tirol GmbH, (Tirolean Agricultural Marketing). As part of the holding company, we are responsible, amongst other things, for tourism marketing throughout the province. In this context, we are guided by the thematic strategy of the Tirol brand: How does Tirol communicate, what stories are to be told?
We shape this communication and thus strive to awaken a longing in people to discover this land in the mountains for themselves. We also place a special focus on economic, ecological and social sustainability.
Tirol Werbung employs around 80 people for this task, making the provincial tourism organisation a qualified contact point: Together with the 34 provincial tourism associations and support of numerous external organisations, we offer services for target markets and partners in the tourism industry. Tirol Werbung GmbH also includes the wholly owned subsidiary Tirol Shop Vertriebs GmbH with about 10 employees.
